In their first matchup of the day, the Golden Eagles cruised past Miami Hamilton in straight sets, winning 25-8, 25-19, 25-17. Mackenzie Neininger paced the offense with 9 kills, while Allie Keller dished out 19 assists. Defensively, Allie Snyder anchored the back row with 14 digs.
In the final match, Kent State Tuscarawas continued their strong performance with another straight-set victory, this time over Wright State Lake, by scores of 25-10, 25-17, 25-9. Rylee Sensabaugh led the attack with 8 kills. Allie Keller again set the tone with 31 assists, and Elizabeth Keller contributed 11 digs on defense.
The Golden Eagles finished the day 2-0 without dropping a set.
