Golden Eagles Volleyball Pick Up Huge Win Over Tri-C
The Kent State Tuscarawas Golden Eagles volleyball team defended their home court last night, defeating Tri-C in a five-set battle, 3–2.
After dropping the first set 25–16, the Golden Eagles bounced back to win the next two sets 25–18 and 25–18. Tri-C responded by taking the fourth set 25–21, but Kent State Tuscarawas sealed the victory with a dominant 15–7 performance in the deciding set.
Allie Snyder powered the offense with 16 kills, while Allie Keller set the pace with an impressive 44 assists. On the defensive side, Elizabeth Keller anchored the back row with a team-high 25 digs.
With the win, the Golden Eagles improve to 14–4 on the season. They return to action on October 11 when they travel to face Penn State Fayette.
