The Golden Eagles Volleyball team kept their momentum rolling with a third straight sweep, defeating Waynesburg University 3-0. The defending national champions handled the match in straight sets, winning 25-12, 25-17, and 25-23.
Mackenzie Neininger powered the offense with 10 kills, sparking steady momentum throughout the night. Allie Keller directed the attack with 26 assists, while Elizabeth Keller anchored the defense once again with a team-high 12 digs. With the win, the Golden Eagles improve to 4-1 on the season.
They return to action on Saturday, September 6th, at Penn State Du Bois for a tri-match against Salem University at 1:00 p.m. and Penn State Du Bois at 3:00 p.m.
