VIRGINIA BEACH, VA - The United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) has announced the 2021 USCAA Volleyball All-American awards and KSU Tusc's Mya Blochlinger has earned a second All-American honor in as many seasons.

In only twelve matches this season, Blochlinger received a 2021 Honorable Mention All-American honor and placed in the Top 10 in three statistical categories. She was second in USCAA DII with 1.47 blocks per set and was fourth in both points per set (5.2) as well as kills per set (3.38).  She also finished 11^th in hitting percentage at .297, 13^th in solo blocks with 35, and was 14^th overall in total blocks with 47. She led the Golden Eagles in all the statistical categories listed.

Blochlinger is Kent State Tuscarawas' first two-time USCAA All-American, having earned a First Team All-American honor as a freshman.

The USCAA recognizes a group of Honorable Mention, 2nd Team, and 1st Team All-Americans. The award recognizes the top performing student-athletes around the country and recipients are nominated by their institution and voted upon by coaches from around the USCAA.
