Golden Eagles Women's Basketball Moves to 6-1

The Kent State Tuscarawas women's basketball team put together a strong all-around performance on Sunday, securing an 86–74 win over Bryant & Stratton (Ohio). Behind efficient shooting, big rebounding numbers, and balanced scoring, the Golden Eagles controlled the matchup from start to finish.

Zoey Steele led the way with an impressive 26 points, hitting 9 of 20 from the field and knocking down three shots from beyond the arc. She also added 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Mallory Stutzman followed with 15 points and 10 rebounds, recording a double-double while shooting efficiently from deep.

Nevaeh Harrison filled the stat sheet with 13 points, 4 assists, and 6 steals, while Danajia Woodard posted a strong double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds. Abbey Parker anchored the paint with 8 points and a team-high 12 rebounds, as Kent State Tuscarawas dominated the boards with 46 total rebounds.

Off the bench, Tamarra Thomas added 9 points, and Maria Paris Grant chipped in 3 points and 3 rebounds.

The Golden Eagles shot 41.9% from the field, 41.2% from three, and 77.3% from the free-throw line, while forcing 12 steals and controlling the tempo throughout the game.

The Golden Eagles are set to host Community College of Beaver County at 4:00 PM on December 12, 2025.
