Batavia, OH – Kent State Tuscarawas faced off against Cincinnati Clermont and the nation's leading scorer, Tyra Murphy. Kent State Tuscarawas displayed a new dynamic with standout performances from Zariyah Taylor, Abbey Parker, and new addition Zoey Steele, which kept the game competitive into the second half.

However, Kent State Tuscarawas ultimately fell to Cincinnati Clermont with a final score of 72-80.
