Kent State Tuscarawas Men's Basketball dropped its second straight game, falling 67–56 on the road at Defiance College.
Despite battling hard on the boards (47 total rebounds) and showing balanced scoring, the Golden Flashes struggled with efficiency, shooting just 30% from the field and 20% from three-point range.
Defiance controlled the pace early, leading by nine at halftime. Kent State closed the gap in the second half behind Garrett Sprutte and Blaine Raber but wasn't enough to prevail.
The Golden Eagles were led by Garrett Sprutte and Blaine Raber with 10 points, Garrett Sprutte with 11 rebounds and, Tanner Norman with 2 assists.
Kent State Tuscarawas travels to the Community College of Beaver county to take on Westmoreland County Community College on November 7th at 5:00 PM.
