Golden Eagle Baseball Reaches Massive 20-Win Milestone

Kent State University at Tuscarawas (KSUT Eagles) continued a historic season on Saturday, securing a 6–3 victory over Bryant & Stratton College - Syracuse—marking the program's first-ever 20-win season.

The Eagles leaned on contributions throughout the lineup, particularly from the bottom order. Campbell, Camphorst, and Bohanon combined for four hits, two runs scored, and three RBIs, proving the depth that has fueled Tuscarawas' success this year.

KSUT wasted no time getting on the board, with Salgado driving in a run on a groundout in the first inning. They added to the lead in the second when Bohanon delivered a clutch double to extend the advantage to 3–0.

On the mound, Baker set the tone with a dominant outing, tossing five shutout innings while allowing just one hit and striking out five to earn the win. The bullpen held steady, with Checo and Lockard providing relief and Billman closing the door to secure the save.

Bohanon, batting eighth, led the offense with three RBIs in a 2-for-4 performance. The Eagles also showcased their aggressive baserunning, with Ruhter, Campbell, and Salgado each stealing multiple bases as the team racked up eight steals overall.

Kent State Tuscarawas not only earned another win—but also cemented a milestone moment in program history with its 20th victory of the season.
