Game One: Alice Lloyd 9, KSUT 2

Alice Lloyd set the tone early in the opener, plating three runs in the bottom of the first inning. Rodriguez doubled down the right field line to drive in a run, Tate followed with an RBI double, and Bishop added another run with a groundout.

The Eagles struggled to slow the momentum in the third inning. A home run to left by Rothballer and a dropped third strike that allowed another run to score helped Alice Lloyd extend its lead.

Smith earned the win in the circle for Alice Lloyd, allowing six hits and two runs (one earned) over six innings while striking out six and walking one. Kent took the loss for KSUT, surrendering four runs on four hits over two and one-third innings, with two strikeouts and two walks.

Salgado went 1-for-2 and led the Eagles with one RBI. Maine, hitting eighth in the lineup, paced KSUT with two hits in three at-bats.

Alice Lloyd totaled 10 hits in the game, highlighted by a perfect 4-for-4 performance from Rodriguez, who also stole two bases. Tate and Rothballer each drove in two runs. As a team, Alice Lloyd swiped five bases and turned two double plays.

Game Two: Alice Lloyd 12, KSUT 4

In the second game of the day, the Eagles again fell behind early. An error in the bottom of the first inning allowed Alice Lloyd to get on the board, and the home team added to its advantage in the second with a single by Lopez and doubles from Lovelace and Rodriguez.

Castillo started for KSUT and allowed five runs (four earned) on five hits over one and two-thirds innings. Billman provided relief, pitching three and one-third innings while giving up four runs on five hits, striking out five and walking one. Williams earned the win for Alice Lloyd, tossing three and one-third innings and allowing one run on three hits with three strikeouts.

Offensively, Ashcraft led the Eagles in Game Two. The seventh-place hitter went a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate and drove in two runs. Schofield added two hits in three at-bats.

Alice Lloyd collected 11 hits in the nightcap. Lovelace and Rodriguez each recorded two hits, with Lovelace driving in a team-high three runs in the 12-4 victory.
