Kent State University Tuscarawas Golden Eagles won big over Penn State Beaver 13-5 on Thursday.
 
Kent State University Tuscarawas Golden Eagles opened the scoring in the first after Jeremy Patchett hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run.
 
Penn State Beaver captured the lead, 4-1, in the bottom of the first when Ogle singled, scoring one run, Doutt singled, scoring two runs, and Lambert hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run.
 
Kent State University Tuscarawas Golden Eagles tied the game in the top of the second thanks to a hit by a pitch, and a single by Donovan Tucker.
 
In the top of the third, Kent State University Tuscarawas Golden Eagles broke up the tie when Caleb Salgado hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run. Then a double by Nathan Ashcraft followed to extend the lead to 6-4.

Andrew Powell collected three hits in three at bats, as Kent State University Tuscarawas Golden Eagles defeated Penn State Beaver 10-6 on Thursday. Powell singled in the second inning, doubled in the fourth inning, and singled in the sixth inning.
 
Kent State University Tuscarawas Golden Eagles opened the scoring in the second after Powell singled, scoring one run.
 
Penn State Beaver jumped back into the lead in the bottom of the second inning after Burkhart grounded out, and Requena singled , each scoring one run.
 
Alex Biars singled to center field, which helped Kent State University Tuscarawas Golden Eagles tie the game at two in the top of the third.
