The Lady Golden Eagles Bowling Team returned to action this past weekend at the American Heartland Bowling Conference #4 tournament. While the team did not achieve the results they were hoping for, the challenging oil pattern kept scores lower across the board. Coach Beckley emphasized the importance of spare shooting, noting that improving spare conversions will put the team in position to compete with the conference's top five teams.
Despite the overall results, three Golden Eagles finished inside the top 40 individually. Zoey Elliott placed 19th with an 843 series, highlighted by a high game of 204. Hailee Ulman finished 24th with an 819 series. Kaylee Dunlap earned 36th place with a 674 series while competing through pain and a lack of sleep due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Lady Golden Eagles will return to the lanes on January 25, 2025, in Monroe, Michigan, for the American Heartland Championship Tournament.
