Canton MI- The Lady Golden Eagles took to the lanes at the American Heartland Bowling Association (Conference) #1 on Saturday, October 26, 2024. They bowled 6 regular games. Although we had to bowl shorthanded, the ladies pressed on with a couple personal bests. Haylee Myers bowled a personal best 161 game with a 6-game series of 824 pins. Kayla Evans threw a personal best 152 with a 708 series. Our Senior, for the first time bowling in 2 years, Ashlee Burns recorded a 699 series. We had the privilege of bowling with Kent Mains team as well during the tournament.
The Lady Golden Eagles took to the lanes at the American Heartland Bowling Association (Conference) #2 on Sunday, October 27, 2024. They bowled 4 regular games and 10 Baker games. The ladies came out a little slow but picked it up in games 2-4. Haylee Myers missed her personal best 161 game from Saturday by 1 pin. She went on to bowl a new personal best with a 180 game two games later. Haylee ended up with a 4-game series of 617 pins. Senior Ashlee Burns recorded a personal best game of 158 and a 4 game series of 548 pins.
We are off to Sandusky, Ohio next weekend for the American Heartland #3 tournament on Saturday, November 2nd, 2024 at 7:45 AM.
